Summary

We start with a short classroom session where we complete all the necessary paperwork and watch the Discover Scuba Diving DVD and answer a few basic knowledge review questions, in total this should take around 30 - 40 minutes. After the classroom session is complete we head out along the Akamas Coastline where you will experience breathing underwater for the first time. Your Instructor will give you a full briefing about the skills that you will practice along with basic diving safety procedures.

Why take this tour?

Once in the water, you will practice several basic scuba skills with your Instructor in shallow water (shallow enough for you to be able to stand up if needed) then go on a dive in the crystal clear waters of the Blue Lagoon to a maximum depth of 6 meters. After the trip, there will be a short debrief with your Instructor who will give you a certificate for completing the Discover Scuba Diving Experience and answer any questions you may have about scuba diving.
