The calm and clear waters of Maui make it the perfect place for introductory scuba. The island’s beginner dive sites are teeming with life so you can see thrilling wildlife in safe conditions.
Learning the basics of scuba diving is easy. The intro to scuba course doesn’t require any previous experience. Under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional you’ll learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive.
Get ready to:
-Go over the scuba equipment and how to use it while swimming underwater.
-Learn key skills you’ll use during every dive.
-Have fun exploring Maui’s pristine coral reefs.
-Encounter turtles and other tropical fish.
When you arrive at the shop your instructor will greet you and give you a liability and medical form, a bit to read, and a short quiz. You’ll go over all the material together and brief about the basic skills you will do in the water. Then you’ll head to the dive site to practice and continue for a dive.
Divers must complete a medical waiver. If you answer "yes" to anything, a doctor's note is required to dive. Refunds aren't authorized for “yes.” If you have any concerns about eligibility, contact us prior to the cancelation window.
