Voucher is non-refundable after it has been scanned and activated by a member of staff.
Warner Brother Studio tours does not permit guests under the age of 5 years old on tour. All guests ages 18 and older must show a valid government-issued photo identification to enter the tour. Guests are responsible for providing their own transportation to/from Warner Brother Studios.

Warner Bros Studio Tour: Before the tour, select a tour date/time and download your entry pass from bigbustours.com/booking-portal. Alternatively, redeem your booking confirmation with a Big Bus Tours staff member before visiting the Studio. The Studio is NOT located on our Big Bus Tour route - it is approx. 4 miles from Stop #1 at 3400 Warner Blvd, Burbank CA 91505. Enter via the studio's ground floor elevators at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Duration: approx. 1 hour guided (in English) / 2 hours unguided (allow extra time for shopping & dining).
The Hollywood Loop (Red Route):
First Bus: 10:00am from Stop #1 (Big Bus Visitor Center Hollywood, 6763 Hollywood Boulevard).
Last Bus: 4:30pm at Stop #1 (Big Bus Visitor Center Hollywood, 6763 Hollywood Boulevard).
Full Circuit Time: 2 hours (approx.)
Bus Frequency: every 30–45 minutes.
The Beach Loop (Blue Route):
Departs Stop #6 (Beverly Gardens Park, 9385 Santa Monica Blvd): 10:45am, 11:45am, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:15pm.
