You will learn the basics of freediving in the beautiful waters of Koh Lanta. The activity will consist of learning breathing techniques, relaxation techniques and freediving basics. You will always be with an instructor. After a successful completion of the activity you might earn an actual certification (depending on how you do in the water).

We are a PADI GREEN 5 STAR Dive & Freedive Center devoted to environment conservation and energy saving. We run daily guided Snorkelling, Freedive and Dive trips to the best sites Koh Lanta has to offer keeping our group sizes to a very minimum. With our spacious and luxurious speedboat we arrive early to the local dive sites allowing us to have two beautiful dives with lunch in between and get back to Koh Lanta by the early afternoon. Third dive optional! Our team of qualified, multilingual, enthusiastic dive professionals are here to look after you at all times.
