Excellent experience, tracking pole recommended. Moderate to difficult, hard on knees

Pickup on time, friendly and knowledgeable guide. Safe driver. The climb was more strenuous than anticipated. Not a moderate hike. Tough on the knees. Recommend tracking poles. The unevenness of the terrain makes it moderate to difficult. It would have been easier if we had at least another half an hour to climb at a more reasonable pace considering how crowded the hike is and narrow paths.
