You will be welcomed into Kashyap's modern home with snacks and a welcome drink. Join Kashyap and his wife Chumki in helping to prepare an authentic North Indian meal. The menu will include traditional North Indian dishes such as roasted gobhi (cauliflower), soolas (barbecued goat), jhinga (prawn) curry, capsicum and paneer (bell peppers and fresh Indian cheese), seasonal vegetables, lentils, salad, pickles, papad, rice, traditional chapatti, and dessert.
