• Each electric cart accommodates up to 7 travellers, and multiple carts may operate per departure. Groups may be split across carts. Vehicles include two rear-facing seats, with seating assigned on a first come, first served basis at the meeting point. While guides will do their best to accommodate seating preferences, including rear-facing seat requests, specific seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
• For the private experience, your group will have exclusive use of an electric cart (maximum 7 people). This option is priced at a fixed total rate for up to 7 guests, meaning the full price applies regardless of group size.
• Please arrive as scheduled, dress appropriately for the weather, and check your messages for any updates. Since our electric carts are not heated and are open to the environment, we recommend wearing layers of clothing during colder months.
• This is a child-friendly tour, however, please note that all children will be charged at full adult rate due to limited seating. Our eCruisers can accommodate most types of infant seats and you are encouraged to bring your own. Children are not permitted to sit on their parent's laps. We can provide an infant seat if needed, provided you call us at least 48 hours before the tour and inform us of the age and weight of the infant.
• Carts can accommodate folding wheelchairs for guests who can transfer into the cart on their own or with assistance. Please note that there is no ramp access, and we are unable to accept motorized or non-folding wheelchairs due to vehicle limitations. Wheelchairs are not provided. If bringing your own, please let us know at the time of booking. All requests are subject to availability.
• The itinerary and its order of stops are subject to change at any time. Monuments visited may change due to local road or monument closure which are beyond our control.
• Tour covers the National Mall in an all-electric vehicle. We're committed to reducing the environmental impact of vehicle-based tourism in Washington DC, which makes up the vast majority of tours given in this city. Make a "green" difference by seeing the Mall via electric transportation!
• If driving to meeting location, street parking suggested or LAZ Parking Capital One Arena Garage (601 F Street NW) nearby
• Tour runs year-round and goes ahead rain or shine—even in cold weather—unless conditions are dangerous. Cancellation decisions may be made at the meeting point, and we may delay up to 30 minutes for weather to improve.
• This experience uses roadsters with two rear-facing seats per vehicle. Seating is allocated on a first come, first served basis and cannot be guaranteed. If you would prefer a rear-facing seat, please speak to your guide on arrival
