Summary

Our tour will start with the visit of Bear Sanctuary in Zarnesti. Since 2008, this beautiful and wild place is open for tours and visits but under strict rules meant to reintegrate the bears in their natural habitat and not to disturb them. Build in 13-14th century, Rasnov Fortress is one of the best preserved citadel in Transylvania. The main attraction here is the wonderful view over Brasov Depression and all surrounding mountains. Finally, we will make a short drive to the charming city of Brasov - a medieval fortress that still keeps some of its walls and bastions. Here you’ll experience how a typical Transylvanian old city looked like and discover some of its landmarks in a short guided city walk.
