Day hike to Kunchepwakal village

Overview

Hiking a great occasion to observe the rural life of Nepalese as well as the superb mountain views being in the Kathmandu valley. Kuncheowakal hill around Kathmandu is a perfect destination for viewing the whole valley of Kathmandu, wide land terraces, and the great view of surrounding high hills of the Kathmandu valley including the distant mountains.

Situated at an altitude of 1,550 m in the North-east of Kathmandu valley, Kunchepwakal Hill in between Shivpuri and Nagarjun National Park lies about 11 KM away from Kathmandu city.

You will do a sight seeing in very old white sputa(Kunchepwakal Stupa) that represents the Boudha and Swoyambhu of the Kathmandu.
