We will pick you up within this window of time depending on the location of your hotel. The exact time will be sent upon booking.
We will head to Damnoen Saduak floating market in order to arrive there early, before it gets crowded with tourists.
8:15am (aprox)
We will arrive at the floating market pier.
The driver will arrange traditional boats for everyone. Each boat (usually) fits up to 4 people but if you are a family of 5-6 and prefer to go on one boat it could be arranged.
[Boat ride is not included but we do guarantee the price at 150 baht per person in order to avoid scams or unwanted surprises]
After the boat ride you will have about an hour of free time to walk around the area, try fruits, get a drink, do some shopping or take pictures.
10:00am
The minivan will be waiting to take you to the next stop: the Train Market!
Visit the incredible market that lays literally over the train tracks. This everyday Thai market is as authentic as it gets selling all kinds of vegetables, fruit, fish or seafood among much more. We will arrive just in time to witness the train passing through the market.
10:40am
We will arrive at the train market just in time to see the arrival of the train at 11:10am
You will also have some extra time to roam around this incredible and authentic Thai market.
11:45am
The minivan will be waiting in order to take you to Ayutthaya, the ancient capital of Siam.
14:00pm
We will arrive at a traditional Thai Restaurant for lunch.
[Lunch is not included]
You will have between 40min to an hour for lunch depending on the traffic on the way there.
After lunch we will be headed to the first temple.
15:00pm
Wat Phanang Choeng (about 40 minutes)
This will be the first afternoon visit. This early 14th century temple will leave you breathless as you walk into the main viharn and bump into its 19 meter Buddha.
15:50pm (about 40 minutes)
Wat Yai Chaiyamongkol
This is one of the temples you usually see in Thailand postcards. Build mid 14th century and known today as the temple of the Auspicious Victory after it being renamed in 1592 to reflect Thailands victory over the Burmese invasion.
16:50pm (about 40 minutes)
Wat Mahathat
The most iconic and known of all temples, situated within the grounds of the Ayutthaya Historical Park this temple boasts the Buddha head inside the bodhi tree. The ruins itself paint a clear picture of what the capital would've been at the time.
17:50pm (about 40 minutes)
Wat Chai Wattanaram
Arriving at this temple at sunset and watching the last light of day fade away behind the ruins is and experience hard to describe. Right after sunset the temple is lit up and feels like a completely different place. Its the perfect ending to an unforgettable day.
18:40pm
We will return to Bangkok to drop you off at your hotel. We usually arrive at the hotels between 20:00-20:30 depending on the area and traffic conditions.
