Our first dish with rice paper rolled with pork or fish which is a favorite dish of the locals. In order to get digested a little, we’ll drive you through the Dragon Bridge and get you along the coast, and let that breeze cool you down on our way to the next stop, Son Tra Peninsula where we can see the view of the whole city from the top.
Once the sunset time is over, we’re going to indulge in some of Da Nang’s best seafood! The starring dishes here are clams cooked with lemongrass (nghêu hấp sả) and cockle shells, fried with scallions (sào huyết nướng mỡ hành).
Our final stop is we’ll also go to a Vietnamese-style live music bar, and then wrap up the evening at an exciting music bar. Let’s grab some beers!
