From the initial gathering and leading the group to every detail of the itinerary, you can feel that Allen is very experienced and very diligent in taking care of everyone. Allen doesn't just take us through the sights; he actively introduces the local history, culture, customs, and some interesting little stories, turning what was originally just "visiting a sight" into truly understanding this place, Vietnam. The way it was explained was also very vivid, so it didn't feel like just memorizing data, but rather like a friend sharing with us, so the whole journey was interesting and left us with a deeper impression of Vietnam. Also, I think what makes Eren the most amazing is that he is very good at taking care of his teammates.
