The great scale of the Columbia River Gorge opens up as soon as you lift off on the Crown Point Gorge Helicopter Tour. The huge green slopes and cliffs of the Gorge loom in front of you, and behind them the snow covered volcanic peak of Mt. Hood, rises in the distance. Fly eastward along the mighty Columbia River, into the Gorge. Climb higher up over Oregon’s iconic Crown Point Vista House – a landmark, dramatic viewpoint along the historic Columbia River Highway.

Dip around Crown Point, and glide past Latourell Falls – one of the most beautiful falls of the Gorge. Then turn up over the hills of Corbett, below Larch Mountain, and follow the twisting and scenic Sandy River to where it drains into the Columbia River.
