After choosing the right ingredients, our Agri-Chef will teach you how to prepare a deliciously aromatic Pesto sauce made exclusively with local basil and prepared in the traditional way - using a marble mortar and a wooden pestle.
We can organize the hands-on cooking class in different locations: on the beach, in the Medieval village, at a local "trattoria", according to the season.
The cooking class includes a guided extra virgin olive oil and Taggiasca olives tasting.
