A nice aperitif and a warm welcome from the owners of this beautiful Villa on the sorrentine hills, is the perfect way to start the cooking class.
Luigi will accompany you to the garden to take the harvest for the recipees you are going to prepare with the chefs.
During the harvest you can see the lemon pergula, the olive threes, the grapes, the animal from the farm and a large variety of typical mediterranean flora and fauna.
After being introduced and explained the menù, guided by the chefs, the preparation will start.
A selection of italian aperitifs, homemade pasta as for example Cannelloni, Gnocchi, Ravioli or Lasagna in different sauces, main courses and desserts are just some of the plates that you will taste at the end of the preparation.
When the food will be ready you will have the chance to celebrate your results tasting the different courses you have prepared.
