Cooking Class in a Château of Saint Emilion
Arrive at the Château in the morning and first participate in a visit of the Château and its technical installations. During the visit, you will learn about the history of the winery and then how the wine is made. Once you have finished your visit, it will be time to begin your cooking class. Like a professional behind your preparation area and your own cooktop, share a most convivial moment, and let yourself be guided by the advice of the Chef. Once the cooking class is finished, it is followed by your lunch that will be paired with some of the Château wines. There is also mineral water, coffee or tea available.
Extend your day with an optional tasting Workshop in a Grand Cru Classé of Saint Emilion
After your cooking class & lunch, it is possible to book as an extra a unique small group workshop in a Grand Cru Classé Château of the Saint Emilion appellation. This Grand Cru Classé Workshop is run by a trained sommelier. It takes place in the 18th century Château in a private tasting room and includes a private tour of the estate, an introduction to Aromas, a guided vertical tasting of six exceptional wines of the Château including a tasting course paired with a platter of Comté cheese & Pata Negra ham. This optional experience can be booked directly on our site and will be suggested as an extra as you book your Saint Emilion Cooking class in a Château.
