Today we take you to the heart of Barisardo, a small village in Ogliastra on the east coast where you
can breathe the real Sardinia life. Let's roll up the sleeves and put the aprons on! Directly in the
internal courtyard of an ancient typical Sardinian house, together with our cook friend and the house
owner, we will get our hands dirty by kneading and learning the art of the Culurgiones (typical local
ravioli). During the processing we will delight our palate with an aperitif based on Sardinian
products and then all around the table to taste the freshly prepared dishes. Enjoy your meal!
