Cooking Class - Hoi An Local Food - Half Day Private Tour

Pick up customers at 8:30 AM/ 14:30 PM at the hotel lobby. Move to the Organic farm by a van, customers will visit the Thanh Dong organic farm. Customers will be introduced about how to build this farm and will learn how to plant some vegetables by farmer’s instruction.

Next, customers will have an experience how to row a basket boat and it's also a way to get to the Field Hoi An restaurant for lunch. Before lunch, customer will experience how to make the Vietnamese pancake, called Bánh Xèo. After lunch, customer will have fun with a folk game and get ready to come back to the hotel by a private van/ car.

Vietnam cuisine is very plentiful, every region has different way to cook with different taste. In this activity we will help you to have an experience of cooking Vietnamese dishes.

Before customers join in the cooking class, they will have a chance to visit an organic farm and will be introduced how to build this farm and also will learn how to plant vegetables by farmer's instruction.

After a visit the organic farm, customers will be experience of basket boat riding to the restaurant for the cooking class.
