She enjoys very much connecting with foreigners, which is also a great chance for her to improve her English. The son Marco, Sicilian tour guide and owner of food Tour company Streaty, leads the cooking class and assist Mamma for interpreting. The recipes selected for the online cooking class belong to the Sicilian tradition and it's a classic of our family Christmas' lunch!
