In 2018 in Bethlehem, Farayek’s team started offering food experiences to introduce the city’s visitors to local farmers, lovely grandmas, local chefs, unique food experiences and share the passion and social responsibility behind locally grown produce. Through rich food experiences we strive to preserve the traditions, local recipes and culinary culture, transmitted from generation to generation among Palestinians.
