Complete Douro Valley Wine Tour with Lunch, Wine Tastings and River Cruise

Meet a driver at your centrally located hotel in Porto or Gaia (if option selected), and then set out through the scenic Douro Valley in a comfortable minibus, watching a landscape of rolling vines unfold.

The day’s itinerary includes two wineries, where you learn about the history of winemaking in the area, guided by local winemakers.

One of the stops is Quinta do Bomfim, a wine estate in an area that’s famous for Port. Follow their wine cultivation and production process from field to bottle, and sample some of the historic facility's quality wines. At mid-day, pause for a hearty lunch of Portuguese foods.

Trade the minibus for a river cruise in Pinhão, a relaxing way to see even more of the valley landscape, with unobstructed views from the boat.

This tour concludes with drop-off at your original departure point.
