Redemption information

1st Tour:
Please arrive 10 minutes early. Your friendly guide will meet at the green souvenir kiosk in front of the Colosseo metro stop, located just outside the lower level. A representative will be there holding a sign with ''The Tour Guy'' on it.

2nd Tour:
Please arrive 10 minutes early. Your friendly guide will meet you in Piazza Farnese - by the fountain on the right (when facing Palazzo Farnese). A representative will be there holding a sign with ''The Tour Guy'' on it.

Transportation between both tours (from the Colosseum to Piazza Farnese), is not included.

Important: Names of all participant need to match their passport or ID card, and cannot be amended after booking.

• Large bags, backpacks, luggage, tripods, and glass bottles cannot be brought inside. There is no coat check or space on-site to leave your belongings.
• It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 10 - 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.
• Mandatory: Everyone is required to carry a copy of the identification page of their passports on all tours.
• We are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any walking impairments that require special assistance on our group tours. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages.
• We will be subject to a security check at the entrance to all sites. Depending on the volume of visitors, we may have a short wait in the security line.
• If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please contact us immediately to let us know. We work with our local vendors to plan menus ahead of time so having this information before your tour is important. Please note that there are some occasions where certain allergies cannot be accommodated.
