Good to know
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- The meeting time is subject to change. In this case, you will be contacted in advance via email
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the tour
- Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or late arrivals. If you are late to the meeting point, you will not be able to join your tour.
- Toilets are limited, use the toilet before arriving for the tour. (Breaks made when possible)
- No weapons (pocket knives), glass bottles or large backpacks
- Tours will run rain or shine (unless closed for safety reasons)
- There are mandatory security checks al all entry points to the sites. The wait time time for the security check can be considerable during peak times/seasons and has nothing to do with the ticket line
- The names provided at the time of the booking cannot be changed.
- The itinerary may vary, the tour may start at either the Colosseum or the Roman Forum.

Sold to contract tour companies and cancelled or gross errors
I purchased a tour for the arena floor and the audio tour of the coliseum for our party of 4. Our tour time was changed 3 times last minute (causing us to change transportation) and incur further expense. When we arrived the incorrect tickets were issued and we were not allowed on the tour to the arena floor or the coliseum audio tour. We had our receipt for purchase but the tour company physically taking you on the tour has to have a printed ticket in your name. Huge disappointment for our highlighted tour. We came to Italy to see the Coliseum.
Guide Niko was what made this Tour awesome.
Amazing, Niko was our guide and he was a wealth of information and very funny. I would totally recommend this tour and if given the opportunity ask to have Niko as your guide.

Easy to find where to get started. Very informative by our guide. Correct amount of time for the tour. Was provided the opportunity to ask as many questions as we wanted.
Nice and Knowledgeable Guide, Group too larger
This tour was good but if I had to book again now I’d try to find a small group experience instead. Our guide was very knowledgeable and super sweet but sometimes it was hard to follow what he was talking about due to the sheer size of the group. I also would have preferred to have had a guide in the colosseum with us instead of just being set free.

The guide was not attentive at all. I honestly didn’t think that the experience was worth what we paid.
