Why take this tour?

Whether you stay in Jerusalem or in Tel-Aviv this is a unique opportunity to explore the heart of Israel, between Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv on a professional-grade mountain bikes. And be exposed to recent history and current coexistence between Arabs and Jews in Neve Shalom.   The route is mostly Gravel Roads and has some elevation, not too bad. We will start at the Latrun Monastery, and ride towards Mesilat Zion, through what was called in the Israeli independence war (1948 war), the "Israeli Burma Road", allowing supply to Surrounded Jerusalem.  Then Via Eshta'ol to Mizpe Harel (Harel Viewpoint) - where the whole area of ayalon valley is visible.   Neve Shalom is our next stop where we can have a friendly conversation with one of the locals who are living coexistence practically.  Lunch can be held in Neve Shalom or in the Bedouin tent in Mizpe Harel.
