Welcome to my kitchen, in the heart of Sorrento. Learn how to prepare "Montanara" & "Calzoni" as appetizer plus two different local cocktail with practical kitchen utensils that you can find at home.
Step by step from scratch we will prepare the pizza pastry to fry it, making the small pizza called "Montanara" with tomato and parmesan. With the same pastry, we will make also some "Calzoni" stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella.
As cocktails, we will show you how to prepare "Limoncello spritz" and "Bellini" with few ingredients like prosecco, fruit juice, and not many others.
