Looking for something fun to do with your friends for an hour? Why not try our Cocktail & Chocolate Masterclass. You make and taste cocktails whilst learning about flavour balance and pairing them with scrumptious chocolates in our Cocktails and Chocolate Pairing. In this hour event, we pair a tasting selection of cocktails with six of our premium handmade chocolates. The cocktails are made in front of you (who knows, you may even be making one of them!) showing the flavours and ingredients used in their production. With each of the cocktails we pair chocolates, truffles or pralines to show you how chocolates and cocktails together can enhance each of the other flavours. We talk about how the chocolates are made and the individual flavour notes of each of the chocolates. At the end of the session you have a take home recipe booklet to try to recreate your favourite cocktails at home.

The kitchen viewing window into the factory allows you to see artisanal chocolates being handmade on the spot with Maltese ingredients while sharing with you the whole process of how chocolate is formed and made. Special dedicated events are regularly held in our Experience Centre upstairs. For the kids - Junior Chocolatier classes, where kids learn the process of making chocolate and try in a hands-on supervised workshop to make their own creations to take home. As well as something for the grown ups too with wine, beer, cocktail and chocolate pairings. Group tours are also bookable upon request, as well as booking for birthday parties, baby showers, hen parties as well as corporate training seminars.
