In the mornings the sessions of Yoga in the Nature are realized, and after eating, during the afternoon, the Climbing. It alternates with a classic descent of a Barranco de la Sierra de Guara, a day of rest and sightseeing, and a day to choose between climbing or via ferrata.
The activities are for all audiences, it is not necessary to have experience and they adapt to the level of the participants.
