Board an open-top double-decker bus at any of its seven tour stops in Derry during operating hours of 10am to 4pm. Those in a hurry to see the sights stay on board for the entire loop—alternatively, hop on and off at stops that interest you to explore on foot.
In addition to seeing Derry’s famous city walls, the last of their kind in Ireland, stop at attractions such as the Bogside, where the Battle of the Bogside riots happened during the Troubles. Admire the Guildhall, known for its magnificent stained glass windows, or the Diamond, built in 1927 as a memorial to Derry citizens who died in World War I. See St. Eugene’s Cathedral or the People’s Gallery murals, or hop off at the waterfront and take a stroll along the River Foyle.
End your tour at whichever stop you prefer.
