Chontacoatlan Cave

In this adventure we will enter the depths of the earth, through an underground river, in this we will have to swim, jump, and observe incredible mineral formations, to be able to go down to the cave we will have to rappel 35 m.

This is a half-day expedition, where we will begin with a 3.2-kilometer walk in the open sky, in a hot climate full of surprises that will be explained by our guides, but not before giving you a talk about the points to take care of during this stretch, we will arrive at a beautiful, fresh and tree-filled ravine where we will make a momentary stop, preparing for a 25-meter rappel, and all of us below and in the vicinity of the Chontacoatlan river we will walk towards the mouth of the cavern, where the river becomes underground , after a small talk about the caves and security we will begin this incredible part of the tour, knowing different formations, crossing the river repeatedly and swimming in some others. Inside the cave we will make the snack.

What we cannot prepare you for is what you will see at the exit of the cave, something that only being there can you believe.
