Hassle free way to use the thermal spa.
Very well organised, they kept in touch via WhatsApp. The pickup was on time and the journey in a very new minibus with a highly competent driver was flawless. Entry into the spa is included and the driver sorted all that out.
Misleading
This was fun, but beware the listing is misleading. I don’t think it was done purposely. However, this is like a water park. There are children everywhere, which is fine if you’re expecting a water park. This was marketed as a relaxing evening in a spa like environment where you can relax in thermal pools with great views. It’s really just a bunch of heated pools inside and outside with splash pads for kids. The thermal pools containing the mineral water pumped up from the ground is not only an extra fee, but it also requires you to be naked to enter. I wish we were told that before booking the trip. My husband and I just hung out in an outdoor pool with a swim up bar. It was fine. Just not as expected. It was also pretty busy, so relaxation was out of the question. There were also no views. We got to see the countryside and the mountains as we were driving in but that was it. Our guide was great and everything ran on time. They picked us up around 4:30pm and we got there around 6pm. We left around 9pm and got back to Krakow around 10:30pm. They do have a swim shop where you can purchase flip flops. There is a restaurant inside.
Thermal baths with Karol
The whole experience was incredible, from the drive to the spa to the spa itself. Karol , our driver, was so friendly, professional, and helpful. He provided us with all the information we needed, helped us check in when we arrived, and even directed us to our lockers, making everything completely stress-free. He was also perfectly on time for both pick-up and drop-off. The spa itself is absolutely amazing. The views are stunning, there are plenty of pools to choose from, and the entire experience was relaxing from start to finish. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone visiting. It was one of the highlights of our trip!
Thermal baths and spa from krakow
From start to finish the trip was fantastic the baths were amazing and we had a great experience. It was all made very pleasant and comfortable by our driver/guild Karol, who was excellent and knowledgeable regarding the local area and surroundings.
Beautiful and relaxing experience
The destination was beautiful and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our driver, Oskar, was a very good driver and got us there and back on time and also very friendly.
