All of our departures are always on schedule.  (Strict 10 minute Tolerance)  If you miss the shuttle There is Refund Holbox Shuttle will not make any refunds in case you miss the shuttle due to personal reasons or delays in your flight or ferry. In such cases we will try to fit you in any of our other units only if they are available at the time. Our Holbox Shuttle is a non-stop two hour drive from the moment you board our shuttle at Chiquila to the cancun aiport TERMINAL NUMBER 2 DOMESTIC (Ferry Tickets are not included in your Holbox Shuttle Fee). We advise you to use the restroom before boarding. Ferries to Holbox Island usually depart every hour but there are always water taxis (small boats) for hire at the port of Chiquila.
