Chinese Calligraphy and Zen meditation

The 2 hours experience include 30 mins Zen meditation and 90 mins Calligraphy session. Through Zen meditation, you will gain profound insights into how the mind works. Meditation involves observing and letting go of the thoughts and feelings that arise in the mind stream. You will find it unforgettable. For the calligraphy part, you just have to be enthusiastic and be willing to hold a brush.
