After you arrive on Morris Island, spend free time exploring independently at your own pace. See the historic Morris Island Lighthouse, go searching for shells, or just relax and take in views of the surrounding area.

Your Morris Island cruise ends on the Charleston Harbor and returns to the original meeting location for drop-off.

The uninhabited Morris Island makes a nice contrast to the nearby city of Charleston, but Morris Island isn’t easy to get to, as it’s only accessible by boat. This cruise sets sail from Bowens Island and takes you to Morris Island to spend free time exploring it at your own pace before heading back. Be on the lookout for marine life, such as bottlenose dolphins and sea turtles, from the boat.

Dress for the weather with clothes and shoes that are suitable for beach walking.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

Please note there is a stop at Morris Island where travelers can visit for about 45min to walk around. This may be an issue for wheelchair accessibility, however travelers have the option to remain onboard during this time if they choose.
