Champagne & Reims Tasting Day Trip from Paris

After pick up at your Paris hotel, ride through the beautiful French countryside to the town of Reims in France’s Champagne-Ardenne region. Stroll through the street and learn about the important history of the town, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has ancient Roman roots. Admire the Gothic architecture of the 13th-century Notre-Dame de Reims Cathedral, the coronation site of many French kings.

Head to Hautvillers, regarded as the birthplace of Champagne, to learn about a monk living in a Benedictine abbey who "created' the bubbly drink. Learn about the history of the drink and enjoy a chance to sip vintage Champagne.
