Cerro Cordon trekking, discover the start of the aysen fjord !!!

We will visit the evergreen forest of Patagonia, on a path that away from mass tourism, gives us a real connection with nature and the possibility of appreciating the start of the Aysen Fjord, from one of the hills closest to the city of Puerto Aysen. .

We will have the sensation of being explorers in the middle of the evergreen jungle, we will find the unique possibility of discovering the valley of the Aysen River from the heights, with the aim of reaching 1380 meters above sea level and dazzling ourselves with the mouth of the Aysen River and the beginning of the homonymous fjord. .

Cerro Cordón is an emerging path near Puerto Aysen, where hikers will be surrounded by coihues, ñires, tepas, nalcas, arrayanes, mosses and lichens, listening to the song of chucaos, hued-hueds, rayaditos and hummingbirds, among others. Privileged place for its panoramic view of the Maca volcano, Mount San Valentin among others. The use of this trail generates a sustainable alternative at the regional level and actively contributes to the decentralization of local and regional tourism.
