Why take this tour?
This name-your-own-price tour introduces you to the east end of the National Mall - see the West Lawn of the US Capitol, where inaugurations have taken place since 1981, and view America's Main Street.
We'll start at the US Capitol West Lawn for our favorite view of the Capitol.
Then, we'll honor Presidents Grant and Eisenhower and American Indian Veterans at three different memorials. From here, we'll cross the National Mall for the view down towards the Washington Monument. We'll wander the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden.
Finally, we'll end at the National Archives and Pennsylvania Avenue where the guide will help you understand the documents and enter via the regular access line. (This tour does not include skip-the-line access, but we can include this on private versions of this tour!)
