Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or change your appointment, you must do so with at least 5 working days' notice. Cancellations with less notice than the aforementioned period will result in the loss of the right to a new booking. If you don't show up on the scheduled date and place for your activity without canceling your appointment as mentioned, you will lose the right to enjoy it. Important: you can only cancel your activity / booking once (within the above rules). A second cancellation will result in the loss of the right to enjoy it. In the event that the activity has to be canceled for reasons beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions), we will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to offer you an alternative date at your convenience. On the day: If you have any problems on the day of the activity or any complaints, please report them directly to Tobogã's management by emailing [email protected] at the earliest opportunity, so that we can compensate you and improve our service.
