Make your way to a central location in Split for a morning departure, then transfer to a canoe launch point on the Cetina River, which descends from the Croatian mountains to the Adriatic Sea.
This trip is a good fit for even first-time paddlers, and you’ll start by practicing the basics of canoeing safety and handling. Suit up with a helmet, life jacket, and a canoe paddle, then launch the boats down the Cetina River, steering your canoe through a fun mix of quiet sections and white water. The river winds through varied terrain, from stone cliffs that come to the edge of the water to sections of forest and slender riverbanks, and you can jump into the river to cool off along the way.
When you reach the take-out point at the end of your Cetina River paddle, a driver will meet you for the return trip to Split.
