Great day with a guide, the spa can improve

The tour was great, the guide German really elevated the experience by telling stories about the local history, culture, and mountains. One of the best guides we've ever had on trips around the world. Just the spa experience that we found quite basic, you only have access to the pools, hot tub, and lunch. As the pools were not as well heated as the hot tub, and the bathroom shower only had cold water.
