Dedicated tour guide with great expertise
Adel was our tour guide and first gave us a very good overview of the exhibition. Afterward, he led us through the various areas and talked with great enthusiasm and a lot of expertise about the pharaohs and the individual exhibits. I found it particularly positive that Adel took a lot of time for our questions and always answered my many questions in a very detailed and understandable way. What really impressed me: He could not answer one question I asked during the tour immediately. A day later, however, he contacted me on his own initiative via WhatsApp and sent me the answer. I found that extremely thoughtful and very nice. You can tell that Adel is passionate about his job and really strives to provide his guests with an interesting and special museum visit. I highly recommend him as a tour guide!

A Wonderful Tour with Our Guide Heba Kamal
This tour was very interesting. Our guide Heba Kamal was knowledgeable and professional. She explained the statues in details. She also gave us enough free time to explore the museum. Our driver M. Thabet was very responsible too.
Professional, Well Run Tour of the Egyptian Museum with EMO Tours
Had a great half day tour of the Egyptian Museum with my guide Rania, who was a volunteer here for a few years and she showed me some of her favorite things. Even though GEM is huge, there are still amazing things to see here lake the Narmer Pallet, the Fayoum Mummies/Portraits, King Psusennes' gold mask from Tanis, and some very cool Akhnaten statues. EMO Tours made booking and communication easy; and said no problem to wanting to book a female guide (as a solo female traveler)- highly recommend this very organized tour company.

The trip to the museum was a wonderful experience today. I especially want to highlight the great museum guide, who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything in a clear and engaging way. The taxi ride was also safe and pleasant Muhammed, the driver, took his time, was very friendly, and acted highly professional. He is extremely reliable, attentive, and makes sure you feel comfortable and safe at all times. Highly recommended both the museum visit and the ride. I would definitely do it the same way again!
