Your tour begins with coach pick-up from your Tel Aviv hotel. The first stop is the Mediterranean harbor city of Caesarea, where you’ll visit Caesarea National Park to see ancient Roman ruins of Herod’s Harbor and the Caesarea Roman Theater, one of the biggest amphitheatres built during the Roman era.
Next, travel to Haifa, home to the headquarters of the Baha’i faith, to tour the stunningly terraced Baha’i Gardens. Then head to Rosh Hanikra to explore the limestone grottoes carved out of the white cliffs by the sea and gaze across the border into Lebanon.
Your last stop is the ancient port city of Acre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring impressive fortified city walls and the underground Crusader passageways used by the Knights of St. John. You’ll have a chance to browse goods at the Old City Market before the return trip to your Tel Aviv hotel.
