This package is for beginners to Fitness Enthusiasts wanting to improve their total fitness and push their bodies to the limit. You will be coached by the currently fittest man in Ko Samui and owner Mike. You will learn new techniques and become a better all round Athlete. You will be training 2-3 times per day.

We promise you will leave energised, learn new things about your body and have a great time with Mike and his Community!
