Continue on to see Europe’s largest synagogue, the Moorish-style Dohány Street Synagogue. You’ll pause to view important Jewish monuments from the WWII that pay homage to the millions of lives lost. Then discover the local cuisine, stopping at eateries for savory tastes of sausage and goose crackling or sweet treats like turos taska and flodni. The exact tasting menu for your tour will vary depending on the day. After satiating your palette, you’ll explore the street art of the neighborhood and chic shops that give the area its trendy reputation. Then it’s time for a traditional Jewish lunch.
