Cruise on the Danube
Budapest certainly did not disappoint – the city looked absolutely stunning illuminated at night and the views from the Danube were beautiful. Unfortunately, the cruise itself fell short of what was advertised. The welcome drink was not Prosecco as expected, but a very cheap wine, and the cruise lasted barely 50 minutes. Most disappointing of all, there was no audio guide whatsoever despite this being promoted as an audioguided sightseeing cruise. While the scenery made for a memorable evening, the experience did not fully deliver on the description provided.

The audio guide did not give any explanation, it only showed photos, for this reason I give three stars, otherwise it is nice to see Budapest from the ferry.
On the waters of the Danube
Our experience was positive! We were able to discover Budapest from another perspective, that is, by sailing along the Danube in the evening, which made everything more evocative. The package we booked included an audio guide, in our case in Italian, but sometimes it was not very clear and understandable. I recommend this experience!
What was offered does not match reality
The tour is fine, but the Tripadvisor offer is not what they provide, I am going to file a complaint. No welcome drink or headset for the guide, they put you on and you are on your own.
Nice trip and great communication
Our original boat trip was cancelled due to low water level in the Danube, but we were offered multiple options and chose rebooking to another ship at a different time (with the same ticket). We were flexible and did not mind a slight change of plans. Communication was great and quick. The boat trip was nice, a must-see when visiting Budapest.
