Enjoyed Buckingham palace however afternoon tea was a shambles don’t waste your money Not only was we sat on the bus in the bus station for a hour as the bus broke down they was no sites to see So we ate our afternoon tea in the bus station then they took your half eaten food to the new bus No communication it just felt like you hopped on a bus to do you shopping
Buckingham Palace and afternoon tea bus tour
Buckingham Palace is well worth the money but the afternoon tea bus was totally rubbish and not worth the money the bus broke down. We then was left on the bus for an hour then on the actual tour after we change bus there was no. information on where we was passing or what monuments were only a couple of times would not recommend this at all.

Great experience, lovely to see and hear about the history of such an iconic building.
Absence of host company
The experience was very good but you had no involvement in it at all. Apart from collecting tickets at the start we never saw anybody from your company again.
Disappointing afternoon tea
Very disappointing afternoon tea at Browns Victoria bought as part of this package from Golden Tours. The deal included a visit to Buckingham Palace which was great but afternoon tea was so poor....3 of the tiniest finger sandwiches with cheap fillings, a miniature brioche roll with shrimp(?) sauce but couldn't see any shrimp & 2 baby scones ....no cakes or pastries at all. When I contacted Browns about this, they basically said they deliver a cheap version of afternoon tea when bought as a package & you won't get the same standard items e.g. don't expect cake! You have been warned 😉
