Brunello far away !!!
We were misled by the tour time and distance due to added bookings and office mistakes happening after we were picked up . The driver was not informed , he mentioned it was his first day ! Poor guy got misdirected and had to pull off the road 3 times and then return for an unknown additional couple that booked last minute , to pick up at the stop we had already picked up another couple in Siena . . This delayed us from doing the tour expected and shortened the time we had at each winery. We were given no water or food access throughout the ride that returned very late and missed out on the free time in town that we were supposed to be able to eat. The tours themselves were rushed because of our delay and the driving around just felt like forever. We could not enjoy any of this day that we planned for 6 months ago. If they would have picked us up and went direct it would have changed the entire day. This is unacceptable and misleading. The only food was small snacks at the Brunello winery that we had to rush through and barely got to enjoy the wine or scenery.

The tour company texted the day before and said there was a technical issue confirming my trip. They tried to offer a trip to Pisa instead. We booked a wine tour because we wanted a wine tour not a trip to Pisa.

Wine tasking.
There was more driving than we had anticipated. There was no water or snacks in the car for a 6-7 hour tour. The driver was nice and very friendly The first wine tasting was delightful and a great experience The second stop was not anything like the first. It was more of a wine shop.
