It was an extremely positive experience to have had the chance to visit the city with a very knowledgeable and courteous operator who allowed us to get to know Bruges. Filippo accompanied us with great professionalism and a lot of preparation. Highly recommended.
Great Tour of Bruges
This was an excellent walking tour of Bruges that provided an overview of the culture and amazing history. Our tour guide, Martin, was very knowledgeable and personable. He provided extensive and detailed information as we traveled throughout the city. The tour included several stops where Martin described in detail what we were seeing and what we should take special note of as we explored on our own. If we were to do this tour again, we would request Martin, and give ourselves more time after the tour to explore his recommendations.

Chris was our guide. Very knowledgeable of Bruges. However, I've never been more appalled at the end of the tour when our guide - chris- asked for tips so he can go have beers. We've traveled all over Europe doing many tours and have never had this experience. It was highly inappropriate and awkward as be stood there waiting for euros. We are happy to tip our guides if we decide to because we are pleased with their tour. I would not recommend chris - at all or the tour. Simon - his boss- didnt really seem interested in the issue. Overall, pretty disappointed in the guide and company. 0/5 recommend this tour. Save your money.

Excellent tour! The guide took us through the iconic places and also to taste french fries, beers, chocolate, and even waffles! The tour is complete. Everything accompanied by the history of the city as well. Without a doubt, we recommend it!

The tour was extremely informative and very interesting. Martin Gotzes was able to tell us the history of Bruges in a very vivid and interesting way. His maps, photos, and tips were great. We were all very satisfied.
