- Please ensure your availability on any of the days within the specified period before finalising your ticket purchase as there are NO refunds for any cancellations.
- If a match is postponed at short notice due to poor weather conditions, industrial action, force mayor or any other reason not within the control of the football club or TV companies, the match ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date and no refunds will be made. Seats are located in the first tier (Block 127-129 for LALIGA matches, block 108 for Champions League matches). The associated hospitality service is located at the NH Collection Eurobuilding Hotel, just 500 meters from the stadium (For La Liga Matches) For Champions League Matches the Hospitality is at 80 Grados Restaurant, which is also very close to the stadium. Service will be offered during the two hours ahead of the match at both hospitality venues

Non-Refundable Tickets: If your selected game is moved to a different date than you have booked, you will only be offered a ticket for the rescheduled game date - no refunds available.
