Brahmatal Trek from Kathgodam - 6 Day Expedition

Brahmatal is a classic winter trek, however, can also be done in the summers, the trek leads you to a beautiful lake at over 10,000 Feet and eventually we summit the peak nearby called Brahmatal Peak, the trek is perfect in winters as the lake freezes and the background is lined by seven thousand of the mighty Himalayan Range. The trek is made even interesting as the route of going and coming back is different and hence offering new views every day.

Enjoy camping at a high summit and the clear night sky under the billions of stars. Along with a small bonfire with your friends.Trek through some of the most alpine and forests of fir, Rhododendron and Oak and get a chance to witness the rare flora and fauna of this region as you continue your trek.

Catch the glimpses of magnificent Himalayan Ranges. Mt. Trishul is very close along with the views of Nandhaghunti. Also hike up through Chota Jhandidar and Bada Jhandidar.
