Out of the four quarters, the Muslim section is by far the most vibrant and colorful one. We will try to understand the Islamic religion, taste the cuisine and reach out to the people.

1. 'Haram esh-Sharif' (Temple Mount ) - third most holiest place in the world to Muslims.

2. Cuisine in the old city - The holy trinity of food

Lunch will include the best places to eat in the Muslim quarter - if the local Hummus and pastries wont be enough, more surprises will remind you that there is a separate stomach for deserts.

3. People of the quarter - getting to know the Muslim quarter through unique Gems. Meeting local's for an opportunity of questions and listening how it is to live in one of the most important cities in the world.
